The Course Middlefield Golf Course is a public 18 hole executive course that was designed by Gene Mason and constructed in 1991. This beautiful course is nestled among mature landscaping and borders the scenic Row (pronounced to ryhme with "cow") River. The course was purchased by the City of Cottage Grove in December 2006. The City continues to operate the course. The course is often described as a challenging executive course that rivals many professional length courses. The course has easy access from the north and south by taking the Cottage Grove exit 174 on Interstate 5. Several hotels are nearby as well as the Cottage Theatre. Come drop in and try out the course.
