City Council Meeting - Virtual - limited non-virtual access

To help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and to protect our more vulnerable members of the community, the City of Cottage Grove will be holding public meetings virtually. Everyone is encouraged to please attend the meeting online or by phone. Anyone who cannot access the meeting online or by phone can attend the meeting in person in the Council Chambers at Cottage Grove City Hall. In order to follow social distancing guidelines from Lane County Public Health Authority, the City Council Chambers will be limited to 10 people at a time.
Providing Comments to Council:
Anyone wishing to comment either on Appearance of Interested Citizens for Items not on the Agenda or on Action Items on the agenda at a virtual meeting should sign in to comment on the items using the comment form available with the online version of the agenda by 5:00 pm on the date of the meeting. Anyone wishing to comment in person at the Council Meeting can sign in at the meeting. The comment form can also be used to submit written comments. Written comments can also be delivered to the City Recorder. All written comments must be received by 5:00 pm the date of the meeting.
